To make the
Anti-Tosser Device, you will need:
1. A hollow tube smaller on one end (we used a vacuum cleaner attachment
that we bought for about $2 from Lowe's)
2. A length of covered chain
3. Two clasps
4. A carabineer to attach to your scooter
Follow the steps as indicated below to assemble the Anti-Tosser! |
